About French property availability and prices
The properties which we feature are also on sale on
the French market. This is part of the attraction and
a key element in our selection.
This means that availability changes regularly and
sometimes faster than we can keep up with as we rely
on updates from our French developers!
May we suggest that if a project is of particular
interest you contact us without delay. We will get in touch with
the French developers and come back to you promptly
with the required information.
Also if you have made viewing arrangements and would
like to know of the changes in availability before
setting off, let us know and we will keep you
informed.
The French property prices we quote are inclusive of
French Vat which is standard practice for new build
properties in France. They are the same as the prices
published on the French market and we do not add any
UK agency fee.
As our properties are also marketed in France all
prices quoted are therefore subject to availability.
We endeavour to keep them up to date but rely on our
French developers partners to do so. We apologise in
advance for any price discrepancy. This would be a
genuine error and not meant to mislead in any way. As
for availability if a specific property is of
interest we make it a point to seek confirmation of
the purchase price with the developers on your
behalf.
