The residence

Specification

The residence is accessed via a lobby and reception area controlled by video phone ensuring the utmost privacy and security for the residents.  Underground parking may be accessed directly by lift.  Equally each property will have one or two underground parking spaces included in the price depending on the size of the property.   As one would expect the build is of the highest specification with carefully selected materials.  The spacious living areas will be tiled throughout and all internal decoration will be white.  Kitchens, although not fully fitted, will have connections for dishwasher, washing machine and sink leaving the purchaser the choice of kitchen they desire.  Bathrooms, WCs and wet rooms will be fully tiled to the choice of the purchaser, and will be fully furnished with designer sanitary ware in white, to include bath, shower with ceiling shower rose and either sliding or folding shower doors.  Each bathroom will have glass heated towel rails and separate WCs will have own hand basin.  The apartments will be installed with state of the art heating, air conditioning and lighting systems which may be personalised and accessed remotely if required.  Telephone and Television connections are provided in the living areas, bedrooms and kitchens.
