The new properties for sale

On a superb 11 ha domain on the edge of an 18 hole golf course, the properties are of very high standard both in style and architecture and in interior specification and fittings. On site amenities include an attractive residents’ swimming pool and three tennis courts. A restaurant is also available in the golf resort and owners enjoy discounted green fees.  The villas all benefit from a private swimming pool, covered poolside barbecue area, spacious terrace and chimney flue in the living room. All properties on the domain are delivered with a fully equipped and fitted kitchen and a lawned and enclosed garden.

The leaseback scheme offers immediate French VAT refund. In return the property must be available for rent to the holiday management company in charge of the project. Under the leaseback scheme the property owner receives a benefit in kind of 15 weeks personal occupancy, 3 of which can be taken in July and August. In addition, the weeks rented by the management company outside these periods of personal occupancy are paid to the owner at 55% of the weekly rate (no guaranteed income). The properties are also available for purchase outside the leaseback scheme.

- Service charges per annum :  € 300* to € 1,200* depending on size of property and on site facilities
