Preference has a lease of 11 years and

the purchase price of your apartment, which
represents an advance on the rental income (11
years) and the Vat. It also provides for 6

The area
Six Fours as a friendly family resort and
picturesque traditional fishing port is a
pleasant destination year round. It caters well
for all outdoors and sailing activities such
diving, sailing schools, water skiing, tennis
and ramblings on the many coastal trails. It

lively cafes and has a colourful market where
local produce can be sourced. The nearby Foret
de Janas is a superb environment of scented
