Custom built property prices and optional extras
The prices quoted are in Euros, inclusive of all
taxes. Construction prices in France are government
regulated and increases are linked to the
Construction Industry Index. Once a construction
contract is signed the price is fixed.
Prices include:
- the standard building specification offered
by the construction company which complies with all
French Government building regulations.
- the following fixtures and fittings: flooring and
tiling, fitted bathroom(s) and shower room(s),
plumbing and electrical connections, flue for wood or
coal burning stove in living room, Ribo integrated
global heating, air conditioning and filtration
system.
- the following services: connection to main
electricity supply and to main sewage system, pre
delivery clean.

They also include:
- Project management: A highly professional and
comprehensive service which covers every aspect of
your construction project to give you full peace of
mind. The construction company in France will
dedicate an English speaking assistant to your
project for the duration of the planning and
construction process. The assistant will be at your
side from start to finish to manage the project on
your behalf, handle all administrative procedures,
liaise with the French Notaire, Planning authorities,
architect, surveyor, site contractors, main suppliers
for water, electricity, telephone, assist you in
raising a Euro mortgage if required and keep you
regularly informed of the progress of work on site.
The project assistant will also be present on the day
of the delivery of the property. The cost of this
service amounts to € 3 500 (Vat incl.) and is
included in the property only and package prices
quoted on our website.
Changes to interior lay-out (price supplements)
Custom built prices are extremely competitive. They
offer you total flexibility depending on your budget
should you wish to add to the standard specification.
Internal changes, if technically possible, can be
made. These may incur supplements which are quoted
separately.
Eg: additional WC approximately € 550;
additional cold water WC handbasin
approximately € 305
Not included in the property price
- Land price (except for package offers where land
included)
- Notary fees on the purchase of the land. There are
no Notary fees on the property. (package offers
include the Notary fees)
- swimming pool, grounds/garden landscaping, gates,
fences
