The completion schedule for off plan properties
With off plan properties, French developers endeavour
to give the most accurate delivery schedule possible.
Over the years our experience has shown that, in
general, schedules for new build residential
developments are met. However, circumstances outside
their control (adverse weather conditions, temporary
unavailability of materials) may lead developers to
bring alterations to the schedule.
As a rule, in France, dates of delivery for new
property are not confirmed until written notification
is given by the developers approximately 4 weeks
before construction is completed.
