Visiting the location of a new residential
development will help assess its potential and
surroundings and, just as importantly, its
accessibility. Please bear in mind that in France it
is unusual for a developer to offer a show house.
However, they often provide a scale model of the
project in the sales office on site. Some on-site
representatives speak English, others do not. Do not
worry if you do not speak French yourself. A few
words will go a long way and we are always at hand
before and after your trip to answer all your
questions.
Viewing is arranged by prior appointment and
we will assist you in setting up your schedule.
To avoid disappointment we are able to hold an
option on a property, without any commitment to
purchase on your part, for a few days before your
arranged appointment. Do let us know if you would

When visiting your selected locations, please bear in
mind that it is strictly prohibited to enter a site
or building under construction without being
accompanied by a representative of the developer.
