Deciding on the right property

Taking an option on a new build property

New off-plan properties are very much in demand in France as the French themselves prefer to buy new.

To ensure that our clients benefit from the same opportunities and choice as French purchasers, we at A Place in France have negotiated with our partner developers the possibility of optioning a property for a few days.

This option means that a specific property is held for you, without any commitment to purchase, until your site visit or until you finalise your decision to buy if you are purchasing without viewing. An option on an off plan property can be held for 24hrs or up to seven days depending on the availability. We will check with the relevant site office and advise you.

If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity to hold a property, do, at the time, give us a second choice, should your preferred property be already reserved or sold.
