Prices vary according to location and tend to
increase the closer to the coast one gets. Proximity
to larger towns also has an incidence.
As a guideline, in the Perpignan area, allow for
€ 250/€ 300 per m². In the Narbonne and Beziers areas, allow for €
200/€ 250 per m².
The Carcassonne and
Limoux inland areas are cheaper with land prices from
€ 50/€ 150 per m².
