The new properties for sale

A gated residence of apartments and houses set amidst planted garden areas with residents’ swimming pool and sun terrace. The properties currently available are traditional Provençal style villas with small enclosed private gardens. The villas are all south, west or east facing and alternate pastel shades with dark ochre rendering matched with round terracotta roof tiles. The area

In the Durance valley, Sénas is a typical Provençal town set amidst orchards and agricultural land between the Luberon and Alpilles ranges of hills. The town centre, 500m from the residence, offers a local produce market held every morning except Thursdays and Sundays, small streets with shops and boutiques and a town hall square with shady café terraces from which to watch the world go by. Sénas enjoys good road links for easy access to the treasures of Provence, with St Rémy a 25 minute drive and both Avignon and Aix-en-Provence half an hour by car. The Mediterranean coast in is within 45 minutes of Sénas and Marseille International airport is 30 minutes’ drive. The larger town of Salon de Provence, offering all shops and services, is a 15 minute drive.
